Frequently asked questions

Shipping, These days I’m having prints sent to you directly from the printer. They are fast with good quality but should you have any issues just let me know and I’ll get it redone or whatever is needed. On items I have in stock, small packages go priority mail and are ether free shipping or $5 depending on the size of your order. I make a trip to the post office on Wednesday or Thursday and you will probably receive it the following Monday. Large items like framed prints range in price to ship from $30 to $50 per item depending on size and quantity. They ship first class and take about a week.

Returns or Exchanges

I’ll want you to be perfectly happy. So if you are not let me know and we can work out whether you’d like an exchange or refund. Please mail returning items within 2 weeks and send me a tracking number.

Handcrafted

I’ve been a fine craftsman for over 25 years. In the past I created each glass item from start to finish, all one of a kind. With my new studio I wanted to adjust for my health to something that could eventually be scalable. Today I draw my designs by hand on an iPad, upload my digital files online to a company that prints fabric, receive my no waste, ethically printed silks & cottons in the mail and sew by machine or hand stitch the rolled hems myself. I then set about taking hundreds of pictures for each collection, writing descriptions, creating shop listings and producing social media posts. It all keeps me very busy.

Made to order

I am making available some of my production time to fill made to order scarf orders. If you would like to order a scarf that I don’t have in stock please allow 4 to 8 weeks. You’ll find listings on my shop where you can view and select designs and sizes.

Looking for my glass work.

There is still a pretty healthy inventory over at my Etsy shop Blossom Studio. In addition since retiring from glass I’ve lowered the prices by about 20% on what remains. A little parting gift.

Thank you everyone who loved my work for so long and so well. You’ve blessed my life. 💛

"I absolutely LOVE ❤️ these magenta and green (watermelon) hollow earrings! They are just lovely, as I knew they would be, since Sihaya is an extremely talented artist. I continue to be so amazed by and pleased with everything I have ever purchased from her. She is such a pleasure to deal with, and always very prompt in sending out orders and answering questions. The kindest person ever! Thank you! AAA+++"
